On 25 May 2018, a new Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data entered into force in all Member States of the European Union and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation (ARPD).
The purpose of the CRPD is to align the individual Member States' legislation on personal data and at the same time to ensure that individuals in all Member States have adequate protection of their personal data in their processing.

Reason for collecting, processing and storing your personal data:
- Demax Trade Ltd. collects and processes your personal data in connection with the sale of goods and the delivery of services:
- for the purpose of concluding a contract and executing a contractual relationship
- for the purpose of processing financial transactions
- for the legitimate interest of Demax Trade Ltd.
- to fulfill its obligations to the National Revenue Agency, the Ministry of Interior and other state and municipal authorities.
Objectives and principles of collecting, processing and storing your personal data:
Demax Trade Ltd. collects and processes the personal data you provide to us in connection with the use of our services and for the conclusion of a contract with the company, as well as for inquiries through the site of Demax Trade Ltd., including for the following purposes:
- individualisation of a party to the contract
- accounting purposes

- ensuring the implementation of the service provision contract

Demax Trade Ltd. processes the following categories of personal data and information for the following purposes and for the following reasons:
- Details: Your personalizing data: Names of ID card or passport, PIN / ID, citizenship, ID card / valid national ID, address, email and phone.
- Purpose for which data is collected: performance of a contract with a trading partner and its administration;
- Reasons for processing the data: By accepting the general terms and privacy policy of the website, you give a clear consent to your personal data being processed for the purpose
- Other data that Demax Trade Ltd. processes - When entering our website, Demax Trade Ltd. collects data about the IP address used.
- Purpose for which data is collected: Improving service security and interface localization, statistical and marketing research.
- Reasons for processing the data: The IP address is collected on the basis of the legitimate interests of the controller - Art. 6, para. 1, b. (f) by GDPR;
- Your Personal Invoice Data - If you want an invoice to be issued to you as an individual, you should provide your unified civilian number
- Purpose for which data is collected: Issuing an invoice for making payments under a contract for the sale of goods and the provision of services.
- Reason for processing your personal data - Upon entering into a written agreement between Demax Trade Ltd. and you, a contractual relationship is created, on which basis we process your personal data - art.
Demax Trade Ltd. does not collect or process any personal data related to the following:
- reveal racial or ethnic origin
- genetic and biometric data, health data or data on sexual life or sexual orientation
- Disclose political, religious or philosophical beliefs, or membership of trade unions
Personal data are collected by Demax Trade Ltd. from the persons to whom they refer.
The company does not make automated decision making with data.
Term of storage of your personal data:
Demax Trade Ltd. keeps your personal data only as long as it is necessary. In many cases, for us as a data controller, there are legal grounds for storing and processing personal data for a certain period of time.Demax Trade Ltd. informs you if the term of data storage needs to be extended in order to meet the objectives, performance of the contract, in view of the legitimate interests of Demax Trade Ltd. or otherwise
Your rights as a data subject are as follows:
At any time while we store or process your personal data, you (according to the terminology of the law - data subject) have the following rights:
- you have the right to request a copy of your personal data from Demax Trade Ltd and a right of access at any time to your personal data;
- you have the right to request from Demax Trade Ltd. your personal data in a form convenient to transfer to another data administrator or to ask us to do so without being hindered by our side;
- you have the right to ask Demax Trade Ltd. to correct without undue delay your inaccurate personal data as well as the data that are not current;
- you have the right to request from Demax Trade Ltd. your personal data to be deleted without undue delay in any of the following circumstances:
- personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected;
- when you have withdrawn your consent;
- when you have objected to the processing,
- where the processing is unlawful,
- where personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under EU law or the law of a Member State that applies to us as a data controller.
We may refuse to delete your personal information for the following reasons:
- in the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and the right to information;
- to comply with a legal obligation on our part or to carry out a task of public interest.
- for purposes of archiving in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes, in so far as deletion is likely to render impossible or seriously obstructing the achievement of the purposes of such processing; or for the establishment, exercise or protection of legal claims.
- You have the right to request from Demax Trade Ltd. to restrict the processing of your personal data, in which case the data will only be stored but not processed. Our refusal to restrict will be explicit only in writing, and we are obliged to motivate it for the legitimate reason;
- You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with a separate request addressed to the administrator;
- You have the right to object to certain types of processing, such as direct marketing (unsolicited advertising messages);
- You have the right to object to automated processing, including profiling
- you have the right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing involving profiling;
- You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with a separate request addressed to the administrator;
- You have the right to object to certain types of processing, such as direct marketing (unsolicited advertising messages);
- You have the right to object to automated processing, including profiling
- you have the right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing involving profiling;
- if we need to use your personal data for a new purpose not covered by this privacy statement, we will provide you with a new data protection notice and when and where necessary we will require your prior consent for the new processing.
All the above requests will be forwarded if there is a third party (recipients, including outside the EU and international organizations) in the processing of your personal data.
